Nanshin has achieved mass production of very high-precision fine pipes with a level of precision not possible using machine tools and other methods. We are specialists at manufacturing pipes that exceed the limits of processing with adjustable hardness, internal roughness of Ra 0.1 or less, an even plating on the inside of more than 2 μm, and wall thicknesses adjustable from 0.01 mm to more than 3 mm, etc. This is the fruit of the technology we have accumulated over the years.

In order to achieve the very high-precision fine pipes to meet our customers' needs, we developed our own electroforming plant.
