Solution example 1: The pipe splits when we crimp the end.
The end of the probe pin pipe cracks when we try to crimp it. We want to be able to crimp it without it cracking, but is this possible?
The cracking can be controlled by making the pipe softer by reducing its hardness from above Hv.500 to around Hv.450. By adding this one process, the crimping was made easier.
Solution example2:The pipe is too thin, and we can't install it in the equipment.
The pipe can't be installed in the equipment because it is too thin. Can you help us?
We used insert molding to create an installation part with resin. This enabled even thin pipes to be installed in the equipment.
Solution example3:The hole and the wire are so small that we can't pass the wire through the pipe.
We want to pass an extremely thin wire through the pipe, but the hole is too small. Do you have any ideas that will help us pass the wires through the pipes?
We counterbore the opening. Additionally, we polished the counterbore part to make it easier to insert the wire. This prevented the wire from being getting caught on ridges left from the cutting tools, and made it smoother to pass the wire through the pipe.
Solution example4:Do you have a long fine pipe that isn't yet available?
There aren't any long fine pipes with high precision. At the moment, we are joining two pipes together. Can you make such a pipe for us?

We already had the technology to make high-precision pipes with aspect ratios that exceeded the limits, and were able to make a pipe to solve the problem.
The customer was very pleased with our pipe which had "more precise diameter", "thinner wall", and "lower unit cost".
