Nanshin’s High-precision Pipe Cutting Technology

1. High-precision pipe cutting with no burrs or deformation

Our processing technology reduces burrs and deformation as much as possible with a single wire saw.
We can handle sizes from about Φ0.05mm to 10mm, with a processing accuracy of ± 0.01mm to ± 0.03mm (reference).

2. Can produce anywhere from 1 to 10,000 pieces

With our 24-hour wire saw, we can handle both high-mix, low-volume products and mass-produced products (about 10,000 pieces) with ease.

We will offer proposals upon considering the optimum construction method for the shape in question, including round bars and springs in addition to pipes, as well as difficult-to-process materials such as titanium and tungsten.

Cutting Method Types and Differences

Wire saw

Wire saw (for trial production)

Can handle trial production of about 1 to 100 pieces. This enables the product size to be fine-tuned and a wide variety of products to be cut in small quantities. It features a high-precision and high-definition cutting surface that results in few burrs and little deformation.

Wire saw (for mass production)

This wire saw operates 24 hours a day and supports mass production of about 10,000 pieces per month. High-precision machining with an accuracy within ± 0.02mm is possible while eliminating burrs and without the need for end face processing (deburring).

Recommended for items that do not require the precision of a wire saw, small lots, large (from our perspective) pipes of Φ10mm or more, and metal cutting.
